The challenge

Your phone keeps pulling you away from studying

A quick check turns into twenty minutes. A short break becomes an hour of scrolling. It is not always easy to stop when distractions are one tap away. ScreenBreathe helps you set boundaries before you start studying, so you can give your attention to the chapter in front of you.

How ScreenBreathe helps

Build a study routine with fewer distractions

Start studying in seconds

Choose Study Mode, select the apps you want to block and set your session length. Your selected distractions stay blocked while the session is active.

Study your way with focus modes

Choose a countdown for a planned study block, a stopwatch for open-ended revision, or Pomodoro to alternate focused work with short breaks.

Choose how strict to be

Start with Gentle reminders, use Focus blocks for regular study sessions, or choose PIN-protected Deep blocks when you want an extra barrier against ending a session early.

Block the whole distraction path

Distractions can move from apps to websites and feeds. Block selected apps and websites, then use Content Blocker to block supported feeds inside compatible apps.

Cap the apps you cannot quit

Set a daily limit for the apps that take up too much of your time. When the limit is reached, ScreenBreathe blocks access for the rest of the day.

Calls and emergencies still get through

Essential apps such as Phone, Dialer, Contacts, SMS and Clock are excluded from normal blocking rules, helping you stay reachable while you study.

Progress you can see

See your study habit grow

Focus is easier to keep when you can see it building.

Review your focus insights

See how close you are to your daily focus goal, revisit past sessions and view your focus activity across a 24-hour timeline, so you learn when you study best.

Daily and weekly focus goals

Set a daily focus-session goal for your day, or choose a weekly goal to guide your study routine. Weekly goals can be set or edited during the weekly planning window and stay in place for the rest of the week.

Streaks and milestones

Hit your daily goal and the streak grows. Milestones mark your progress, which helps on the tired days when starting is the hard part.

Check the week, not just the day. See trends and consistency, then adjust your plan before the next one.

Understand your screen time

See daily app totals and 7-, 15- or 30-day trends, your most-used apps, and how your distracting and productive app time compare.
